Two Irishmen and Three Firefighters walk into a bar...the rest is history. Gramercy Ale House was the creation of 5 friends who all had a dream of one day owning a NYC Bar & Grill. The Guys each brought a unique perspective to the table as they sought out to make this dream a reality. No matter where the brainstorming started or how different their ideas were, the same core values always shined through. They wanted the establishment to have great, afforadable food and welcoming atmosphere created by a fun and friendly staff.

The results have been incredible, bringing you The Gramercy Ale House you know and love today! There is no better sports bar in NYC to catch the game with your friends & family. Andrew, Dan, Martin, Mike and Trevor have captured the Irish pub experience and have mixed in the American sports bar action in a way that is completely unique to Manhattan. It's a great place to meet new friends or meet up with old ones! Self proclaimed "The Best Little Bar in Manhattan" anyone who walks through our doors will definitely feel at home. Whether it's live Irish Music every Wednesday night, or testing your knowledge on Trivia Tuesdays, everyday of the week is a good one at Gramercy.

The Gramercy Ale House also honors our first responders & military each & everyday. So if your on the FDNY, NYPD, Corrections, Sanitation, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, USCG, or any state or federal agency let us know, because you have an instant friend behind the bar, we respect all who serve. We will never forget 9/11 or any other day where so many Americans sacrifice their lives securing our freedom. We love the USA.

We proudly root for the Yankees, Mets, Giants, Jets, Rangers, Islanders, Devils, Knicks & Nets. We also are a great experience for college games and have had chants for the the Fighting Irish, Ole Miss, UCF, St.John's, Villanova, Alabama, Rutgers or Long Island University all depending on on which one of us is working. There is no greater bar or night life experience in NYC.
